Rosita Kuerbis started dein Projekt | deine Förderung in 2015 – as a help for self-help. She has been involved in funding since 2004 and now advises SMEs, cultural professionals and institutions on funding matters and supports funded projects and plans at state, federal and EU level. Clients are funding institutions, universities, educational and training institutions as well as foundations from the creative industries, music industry and NGOs and from all over Germany.
Her professional practice includes identifying, applying for and managing funding. This includes the supervision and accounting of project funds from the federal and state governments, project support on an international level, as well as the development of EU funding programmes and awards as the former German representative of the German music export office German Sounds in the European Music Office, Brussels (2004-2007, Programme: ETEP, Award: EBBA).
Her experience, from around 100 consultations per year and over 220 workshops, coachings and team trainings, flows into the development of new methods and learning tools for advising applicants and the creation of practice-oriented workshops and coachings.
