Kalthauser is a Berlin pop-rock band with roots in Chemnitz/Germany. The three passionate musicians and friends use vocals, guitars and atmospheric synthesizers to create new pop music for themselves without sounding cuddly. Honest and direct, produced without fear and with an obsession for detail, the songs combine hooky vocal lines with broad guitars and edgy synthesizers. Kalthauser make music that does not want to be heard alone. This music wants to go out and around the houses.
