Short Bio:
Jana Scheffert studied linguistics and journalism, communication and political science at the Free University of Berlin. Her first professional experience in communication and event management came before her studies in the federal administration of the trade union ver.di. She is currently Head of Finance and Operations and a member of the Executive Board of the Berlin Music Commission. In addition to finance and membership management, she is responsible for the control and implementation of various projects in the BMC office. She provides support in communication, strategy, administration and events, among others. Jana has been living in Berlin since the end of the 1990s and has been involved in a wide variety of projects in music, political and media.
